And if you are a beginner what i recommend is to do 5 8 rounds 3 minute rounds of shadowboxing. I am talking about boxing drills such as heavy bag work shadowboxing jumping rope etc. It can be an awesome warm up or a workout in itself. So if you mimic a boxing match when working out that will prepare you a real match better.
